McDonald's Menu Prices at 4108 Hampton Blvd ★3.2 (1482)

Been going here cause its on the way back home from work, every single time i regret it. Fries taste old like they are cooked in ancient oil, order is usually wrong in some form or another, takes forever to either get the food or fix the messed up food. Supposed to be fast, convenient, and atleast somewhat tasty, but it feels more like a waste of money and a headache getting it from here. Atleast the place looks clean, but that means nothing if everything else suck. Tell whoever it is making the food in the mornings the eggmcmuffin has ham on it.

Saturday 9/27. Arrived at drive-thru at 9:10 pm, with 4 cars ahead of me. Got to drive thru kiosk at 9:33 pm. (23 mins). Once at the kiosk, I waited until 9:46pm (12 mins). The cashier told me they are understaffed and "need a second" 3 times during this period. After a full 15 minutes of waiting at the kiosk to give my order with no service, I gave up and left. Before I even got to the exit of this location, they managed to take the order of the vehicle that had been behind me. Wasted most of an hour at this "fast food" establishment and could not even order food. Management should be completely replaced. In hindsight I'm glad I didn't get any food, it would have just pissed me off even more to pay any money for this level of "service". Doubt anyone will see this, but just go to the Taco bell instead. Far better service.

I've had my bank card information stolen twice from this location. The first time they tried to order KFC through doordash. The second they were trying to purchase taco bell. I'm never coming here again because I can't trust the staff with basic purchasing. I've had friends come here that go to ODU and they were told they didn't have what they ordered but when they went in the building to confront the workers they magically had everything.

I ordered a sausage mcgriddle meal at 1022 am. There were 3-4 cars in front of me. I was handed my meal at approximately 1037am but was told I needed to wait 3 minutes for my coffee and they would bring it out. I'm leaving at 1047 after going in to get my coffee. The inside was clean but I'd rather have never seen it.

One person in the drive through had an issue with her order. Instead of having them pull around and continue to serve other customers, they kept them there for 10+ minutes (still waiting) to fix her order. This was at 5:40am on Thursday. When many people are trying to get to work
