McDonald's Menu Prices at 1632 E Little Creek Rd ★3.2 (1401)

Wish I could give 0 stars. This location is super close to my home so going to another location is inconvenient but may have to take the extra time with the way this location is ran. The customer service is extremely poor. Staff always treats customers like they're bothering them when it is literally their job. Excessive wait times no matter how you pick up your food even when using the mobile app. 2 weeks ago I chose curbside instead of drive thru and sat for 40 min with the app saying "your order is on the way out". When the girl delivered it she never apologized for the wait, did not acknowledge me, just shoved the food into my windows which was cold and ice melted if that tells you how long my order sat. Tonight, long drive thru line but wasnt waiting curbside after the last experience. I pulled off assuming 2 happy meals and a chicken sandwich couldn't possibly be messed up (ha). After a long night of softball and cranky toddlers I was not going back. Unable yo report anything on the app for points or refund and store would not answer their phone. Although im sure they wouldn't do anything to correct their error. It's probably my fault they forgot half my sandwich. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Did a dash at this location today. There were several people waiting for food. I stood there for several minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I finally caught the ladies attention when she came back with the food for the person that had ordered when I walked in and said I had a DD. She said she was getting ready to start on the DD orders. This was 6 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I'm looking in the back and people are meandering around like they don't have a lobby full of people waiting on orders. One person is literally leaning on the stack of happy meal boxes with their face all over their hands and playing on their phone. The lady finally comes out with DD order and asks if anyone has the name I had told her I had. She rolls her eyes and meander back to the kitchen. Poor customer service and EVERYONE in the back looked like they didn't want to be there. Not smiling and acknowledging customers. No have a nice night.

Closest location to my house and one thing about this location is they never fill up your fries or drinks. Just ordered today and my boyfriend brings us 2 drinks ( Frappe & Smoothie ) not filled. Can’t say I’m surprised because it continues to happen. Burgers not as fresh as they could of been but they were eatable.

Food is great and usually fresh. But the drive thru line is always not only long, but also long in wait time. Some times, once I receive my food, my fries are no longer hot, not cold but almost there.

Placed an order on door dash. Waited forty five minutes and to our expense no food and no answers. Called twice an hour and a half later. No answer and no food has been prepared or delivered. Twenty more minutes called the dasher and the McDonald's still no answer. Total trash and shouldn't be operating any kind of food providing establishment.
