McDonald's Menu Prices at 3679 Sewells Point Rd ★3.4 (2442)

If I order a big breakfast, I am not ordering the freeze dried egg that comes on a bec biscuit. Who takes the bec egg and cut it up and put it in the container. Looking like you cut it up for a toddler. TACKY! Stop being lazy and cook the egg. And for the manager that said that this is the 'new' egg. Your establishment is the only one serving the 'new' egg. I had to drive further down the street to get a real big breakfast egg. The picture is below. Do better!

I really don't want to be rude, the people working are super kind and they tried their best, but this location was remodeled recently, so there's no front counter or anything, and this is a huge issue. I ordered on the app and went in to pick up my food, there were already about 8 people who looked pretty annoyed, with one kid dealing with a very angry lady, probably rightfully so, but idk. I waited 10 mins before I went through drive through, they let me pick up via drive through (thank y'all again for that) but the food was old, and they straight up forgot the bottom half of my chicken sandwich bro. I can only imagine that working at a new type of restaurant like that is stressful, I work food service I get it, but this remodel new style of restaurant does not work. It only stresses out the staff and the customer.

I saw they had the new hot honey chicken biscuits and the chicken biscuits already delicious; I love spicy food with a sweet savory at the end. I was excited to try it so I came by today and the drive thru cashier seemed sweet but sad. She ended up ringing me up the lunch version instead of breakfast so it was more. I received the refund with no problem. Along with free apple pie but I was already paying for two strawberry crème pies. My husband highly appreciated the apple treat. As I wait the 12 minutes for the pies, I took a few bites of the hot honey chicken biscuit with round egg and cheese, it turned my experience from not wanting to come back🥴 to a “oh yeah I’m coming back for another one. “😂 I was going to ask for strawberry jelly but it didn’t even need it. 😋 Thank you to all the managers. They made sure I left saying Ba da ba ba…ba, I’m lovin it 💕

I went to get a daily double meal. I was in the line all by myself no cars. It took some time but I was okay with that. They seem to not knew what I wanted in my sandwich when it was on the receipt. Then asked me to pull up to the next Window she brought back the bag with no drink then I asked for the drink. Remind you no one is working everyone is joking laughing not working. I said thanks and leave her home and each burger was just sloppy and disgusting. I go back to McDonald to request my nuggets and remake of my burger the manger on staff did not ask me anything pertaining to assisting me just gave me my money back I said I did not request a refund I requested a remake of my burger and to give me my nuggets. She said sarcastically ohhhhhh you wanted your burger I said just give me my money. I will be contacting the owners. I own a company TMB debt solutions and this is not how you operate as a business owner and or manager

I just came through drive-through order a 10 piece nugget meal with a sweet tea. Let’s just say everything about this meal with McNasty tea was unsweetened more like I got an unsweet tea fries or old cold nuggets were old cold. They literally was only warm a little bit like they’ve been sitting in a warmer like nothing is fresh about their food anymore. I tried to call and nobody’s picking up the phone.
