McDonald's Menu Prices at 15484 Warwick Blvd ★3.1 (1600)

I have had multiple bad experiences with attitude and carelessness from this McDonald’s. Tonight took the cake. Put in a delivery order at 11pm and my order didn’t even get started until 11:40pm and did not arrive until 12:15am. When the order finally was delivered the food was cold and there were several missing items out of our bag. You would think with it taking them over an hour to prepare a two meal order that it would at least be correct. Then I had to wait on hold with McDonald’s customer service for over 30 mins to get this resolved. I won’t be going to this McDonald’s anymore.

Went here for my hour lunch break and didn’t order much, they tell us to pull into a handicap spot because all the other spots had cars pull up. we’re waiting and seeing people get their food, we wait some more and people who order after us were getting their food. finally it occurred that they had handed the wrong person our order. my friend tried to go inside to see what was up with the order. he waited 10 minutes cause no one was at the front counter. someone finally walked up and said they’re bagging it. 10 more minutes and still no word so i call him and tell him we’re gonna get a refund through the drive thru. we pull up to the second window and they’re telling us they already handed it out so they lied about bagging our order. the manager on duty today was sweet but overall this place was horrible today. maybe if you stop pulling up a million cars up then you wouldn’t be confused on which orders which. just horrible service all around and didn’t even get to eat on my lunch. i’ve never had a problem with a fast food restaurant ever and this mcdonald’s was the first. please consider this as your last choice

I came through the drive thru and had the best experience ever! I was taken care of by Michael who had the absolute BEST customer service! I am a restaurant manager and I love to see employees like Michael! He’s an asset for sure ☺️

I stopped in the drive thru and order a tender meal, but with a coffee because It's about 11:20, and very cold outside. I'm told to pull up while they make a fresh pot. After sitting 6 minutes, I back up to the window and tell the girl just give me a coke because I can't wait any longer, she tells me they had to clean the pot then make a fresh pot. I noticed a few people standing around talking to each other and ask the girl to get the manger. He comes to the window, and I tell him how long I've been waiting for coffee, oh he sorry but we had to clean the pot...... My thoughts, its drive thru!!!!! NO ONE should have to wait more than 10 minutes and even that is too long. Have some customer service skills, OR common sense and let the customer know.... They may not have 15-20 minutes!!! 🙄

The experience was great. The staff were friendly, got what we ordered, the place was clean, the atmosphere was great. The food was good.
