McDonald's Menu Prices at 8129 Geo Washngtn Hwy ★3.2 (1502)

I order 2 snack wraps ranch, they gave me one of each, I cant eat spicy food makes me nauseous, on top of that I have a limited time for lunch and received no receipt. One thing I can count on with McDonald's is my order is going to be wrong and it's going to take more time than needed. As somebody who has worked at McDonald's, I'm really failing to understand why something simple cannot be done right. You look at a screen you make what's on the screen you pass it forward the person at the window is supposed to check the order to make sure everything is in the bag correctly. And to think employees want $15-20 an hour yet cannot complete simple task shameful.

Nicely remodeled. Love the big windows. Nicest McDonald we've ever been in.

worst McDonald ever messed my food up up for one . They made me wait 30 plus minute then gave my food to the wrong person while they touched my food they tried to give the bag to me after they touched my food .Then they have there phone line busy worst McDonald will not be coming back ! And if a manger could contact me a refund me that be great thank you messed my order up TWICE!

Person at the front window stated that I did not received my meal. They actually were yelling at each other over food that I did not get. The manager then stated that I only ordered a big Mac meal once I showed her my receipt and expalined that wasn't all I ordered she then walked aways and I spoke to someone else. To the guy at the window "thank you for your help". To the manager "quit and learned customer service and humble yourself. Also please please check your food my kids had nuggets meal without nuggets. Make it make sense

I never write feedback but the service at this location is the worst I have ever seen at any McDonalds US or internationally. Last night: Drive through. Cars around the building. Took one order then 8/10 Minutes with NO response at drive through. First customer reaching out NO response. I drove out of line to window and said drive through had cars around building (multiple left check tapes) and young lady said we are pausing orders to “catch up” Not communicated to first customer in lane. I live close so still frequent. My mistake. Check tapes. Frequently they take one order at drive thru. Wait until that customer reaches window, pays. Then will take the next drive through order. ONE at a TIME. In last month I have waited 28 minutes for a drink from order to receipt. BUT YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS and it GETS WORSE. Scroll for other reviews. CLOSE THIS McDonalds. Corporate you know about this, from your link to need more information for months you respond to reviews BUT NOTHING. DISGRACE Honestly I left out other facts: - NEVER leave the line and make sure to check your food/drink as 70-80 % (no bs) it will be wrong -Employees don't speak, disheveled, etc. (majority) -Restaurant is physically filthy etc, etc.
