McDonald's Menu Prices at 11002 22nd Ave E ★3.1 (1557)

This location has a few EXTREMELY unprofessional workers. The wait was long and the fries weren't done. The health score says great but the health department needs to do more frequent visits to the location. The manager with the mixed colored hair told one of the workers that she didn't care about the quality of the food that went out. She encourages the workers under her to be disrespectful to customers. I was actually afraid that if I complained further she would go off on me. I had an experience with this same manager years ago when this McDonald's was next door at the gas station. She likes to try to intimidate customers and cuss them out. I'm not sure how the GM is okay with her and other like her representing this company.

When I arrived it was kinda creepy with a few people hanging around the parking lot but after driving through they were gone. The first window no smile or interaction at all, the 2nd window the girl was smiling and friendly. Inside, no one smiling, just looking sad. The fish sandwich was Luke warm and chewy like it was old, Big Mac was the same but a little bit fresher. Fries were good but not hot. Overall, typical McDonalds visit.

How in the hell if you run out of hash browns and burrito 🌯 you decide to charge the customer more. I was in the drive thru and ordered the #2 breakfast which is the $5 breakfast meal special sausage McMuffin with egg, hash brownand drink. They come back and says that they are out of hash browns and I say OK give it to me without the hash browns. So she decided to charge me $10 in stead of $5. I said to her because you guys are out of hashbrown I got to pay double.So she says that is the way it rings up on the register. Totally don't make sense to me. I pay more because your McDonald's ran out of a breakfast item. Totally wrong to do a customer that way. She comes back and tell me if I don't like it I can go to another McDonald's. 😲 So I drove away and will never comeback to that McDonald's.

Poor service table was clean garbage or overfillled, employees that were handing out the food didn't care of cleaning up the mess. There was a lot of co-workers working in the food area didn't care about. Doing anything inside the sitting room it was dam cold like I was sit out side i said something to manager she didn't care it weather time there should be heat on for us when we come eat a meal there. I never going back here again to eat

I come through this McDonald’s drive-through almost every morning like clockwork. I showed up this morning, pulled up to the drive-through order screen and was promptly told by the gentleman that they are only taking DoorDash orders and mobile app orders. When challenged as to why he stated that the shift before him did not do their job and they are pretty backed up right now. I looked around and there was no customers in the parking lot and there was no customers in the drive-through lane so this made no sense when I challenged further he said yeah we have lots of dishes to do. Thus, for me accomplishing the same thing that he could’ve done by pressing a couple buttons on the screen, I had to back out of the drive-through download the mobile app, save my credit card payment information, and then figure out where the food item that I wanted to order was in the mobile app as I have never used it before only to pull up to the order screen and then all of a sudden, now they’re willing to take my order at the order menu after I’ve already placed the mobile order and paid for it. The manager on duty according to the lady who handed me my food is Stephanie and she said that the manager is pretty busy right now and can’t come to the window. I’m sorry, but if a customer asks to speak with the manager you don’t tell the customer the manager is busy you tell the customer one second please and you go get your manager. I swear to goodness this place is getting just about as bad as the graveyard shift people at their sister store at the corner of I5 and Highway 512
