McDonald's Menu Prices at 8011 Geyer Springs Road ★3.5 (2033)

By far the worst service!!! I pulled up to the window, there was 2 guys at the window and were SUPER rude. As soon as I came up he said, what would I like and I said to please give me a moment. Not even a few seconds passed and he said, are you ready? (In annoyed tone of course) I started ordering and immediately said, and what else?! And what else?! After every sentence. I understand that people don’t need to like their jobs but the level of unprofessionalism was next level. I pulled up and it was 2 guys and they seemed annoyed. I pulled up to the second window and they had rap music playing. Are you serious? At this point I’m concerned their going to spit in my food because I complained to him about hurrying me and didn’t let me finish my order. They asked me to pull up to the window before I finished. Then they had me pull to the curbside and wait for atleast 10 minutes after going through the drive- thru. McDonald's needs step it up and hire good people. Just guetto people. So disappointed.

The food I had got was horrible. The food was cold, old and just nasty. I had a sweet tea not sweet you can tell it was old. For the past few weeks the fries been cold and nasty… COLD AND NASTY. I feel like since yall are a 24 hours retiring why is your food cold and old. I know why because yall have yall employees dancing with people food, falling asleep at the deep fryer thing, eating their food while giving/making people food. Like there’s a long list for real. THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING. Then I tried to call the store to talk to the manger kept getting sent to voice mail.

Dinning room says open till 12 am but store is closed right after I left the other McDonald's down the street that also closed early. So McDonald's if you dont want my business I go to Arbys. 2 STORES IN A ROW I TRYED TO GO TO A MC D. no more im done with McDonalds for a long while. Rallys is 1 min down the street taco bell across the street nexr to Arbys. Next to sonics. Really Mc Domalds, competition already tough your even making it tougher. And harder for your selves.

Me and my cousin got horrible service! Our orders were chicken nuggets and we both got Filet-o-fish’s???? They are overly stingy with their sauces as well. We asked for 2 ranches each and we only got 1 ranch and a bbq sauce.. We had to end up sharing that bit of ranch for our fries, because we got food that we did not order. Then when we asked for our sauces, they charged us for extra (which we did not receive the extra sauces.). We then went in and said that our order was completely wrong and they told us “No we didn’t get it wrong” after viewing our receipt and then asked us to leave. We felt offended and it was just ghetto and unprofessional overall.

Mobile ordered my FREE cheese burger NO ONION. Got home it was full of onion extra onion at that . I speed back up to the restaurant, one of the new hire girls says “you didn’t pay for that burger it was 2 something “ after i had told her my burger was filled with onions. She says it like it was a free burger so why complain? ACTUALLY if yall paid attention an stop the Unauthorized breaks the restaurant would be ran effectively. This Mcdonald’s has never been so bad since the hispanic crew went to mornings sorry to say . I have photos of the sandwich! this was about 9:45pm Oct 6 or 7th .
