McDonald's Menu Prices at 1948 East Mckellips Road ★3.2 (373)

Trash cans overflowing, every table dirty old receipts on the floor 2 kiosk machines out and on top of the mess my order is always prepared wrong ,fries always just double fried from old ones sitting up all day and then they re drop instead of getting a new bag out the freezer but I guess that way too much to ask for. Like I've worked qsr so I understand how hectic a restaurant can be but this one is always dead but I see why they have a -1 today!!!! 2-28-26 pink hair digging in her nose in the kitchen wow! Need a food safety training class! Definitely will not be returning to this one ever and I love McDonald's I'll just drive the extra mile.

I don't usually post reviews for fast food joints. That said, I got a meal here today 01/21/2026 at 08:28am... order #235. Here is my review: Room for Improvement: Tech Issue: 1 Star A kiosk failed to put my order through. Another one had a visual defect of bars across the screen, so I did not use it... confidence in those kiosks is low; but I'm sure they do simplify things when they work right. Atmosphere: 1 Star Cigarette butts and trash in the lobby... enough said. I think they just need to be reminded kindly of the low bar for social norms such as picking up your own trash here in Mesa, AZ; and the need for more routine lobby cleaning that is the result of that. The Good Stuff: Service: 5 Stars I have not had any McDonald's in 7 years, and only got it today because I dropped my car off at a mechanic across the street... me giving the service "5 Stars" is the whole point of my review. They put my simple $5-$6 "SauEgg McMuffin and Hash Brown with S Coffee + Cream & Sugar" order in fast, and got it to me fast. This fits the initial idea of McDonald's ~ roughly having orders ready before you order by having key items prepared. True to the mission of the brand. Good on them. My thanks! Food: 5 Stars Nothing wrong with what I ordered. 100% as expected. THX! OVERALL: 3 Stars The tech and lobby issues knocked it down 2 of the 5 stars.

Me and my shawty come here almost every morning. We love the morning staff. So kind and welcoming. They make those breakfast sandwiches like nobody else. We are loyal customers and we are loyal to you guys. McDonald team makes our mornings. Love you guys xoxo -anonymous

I really like this McDonald's. They are super close to my house, the employees are always very nice and polite, and they have never messed up on my orders. I frequent this location.. so I will definitely be back! And I recommend!

Listen. I don’t usually write reviews, but when you hand me a moldy sandwich, you’ve activated something ancient in my blood. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich. SIMPLE. Bread, meat, maybe a little nagging from the missus about my waistline, but so what i work 40 a week. What I got instead looked like it had been forgotten since the last Bruins playoff run—which, by the way, DON’T GET ME STARTED ON. I open the wrapper and BAM—black fuzz. Not lettuce. Not some “new artisan feature.” MOLD. The kinda mold that makes you wonder how long them kids working the fryer been ignoring the dates. Now I’m standing there holding this thing thinking, “Is this what we’ve become as a society?” I mean, I already gotta deal with my favorite hockey team missing the playoffs last year (AGAIN) now you’re telling me I gotta play Russian roulette with my lunch too? What’s next, kid, the fries got athlete’s foot? And don’t hit me with the fake apology voice either. “Sorry about that, sir.” Yeah? I’m sorry I had expectations. I’m sorry I trusted you with BREAD. I could’ve stayed home, yelled at the TV, eaten a can of beans like a man, and been safer. One star because I survived. Barely. Do better. Disappointed. Say hello to your mother for me.
