McDonald's Menu Prices at 5225 S Palo Verde ★3.2 (2704)

I arrived and literally there was no one at the drive through and parking lot was empty. When I pulled up to the window, there was no response for about three minutes. When they did respond the attendant just said, I'll be with you in a second. .... Staff was nice enough howevzr what should have taken about three minutes total ended up taking about ten minutes. Not a huge deal accept the only reason.I decided to just get some fries and a coke was because I believed it was going to be quick being i had a short timeline available. Not sure I would go back there again

Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru for 3 hot n spicy chicken sandwiches. This is what we got.. dried out, not fresh and not made correctly.. hard as a brick. When confronted, basically said we were lying. They did ask if we wanted it remade only after they saw our discontent. I will NOT return to this location.

A manager by the name of yamilex took a picture of me at the drive through I had no idea who she is and when I went inside to confront her she denied it. She than sent the photo to my ex boyfriends kids mother that tried to fight me threaten me! The manger that sent the picture of me to her friend she than sent it to me showing it was a forwarded msg and stamped the exact time I was at this McDonald’s on FEBRUARY 28th 1:22pm! I will be taking legal action so thank you to the manager! 🙂

This location is very convenient for me but I'm not going back to it. On more than one occasion the food was bad and stale, the drive through wait time was ridiculous, and the workers looked and talked as if they would be anywhere else but working. I understand that working at McDonald's is not a job to die for, but at least pretend that you care about your customers. On my last order I asked for Mac sauce on my cheeseburger. They slathered the sauce everywhere but on the burger. The stupid order paper they use on the assembly line was literally inside with the burger with the sauce all over it. Absolutely disgusting and not to mention having a dye from the paper leaking into the food is hazardous for health. One can argue that eating at Macdonalds is hazardous for health regardless, and I agree, but can't one expect a cheeseburger without the dye in it once in a while even if it's a junk food?? How can you serve the food this way??!! I do not reccomend this location to anyone.

McDonald's quality on Palo Verde Road in Tucson has a serious problem with pride prepping your food. I remember when you received a full slice of cheese on your sandwich. Then it went to half a slice. Now you get a 1/4 slice of cheese and lucky if they put it on the sandwich. I took this sandwich back into the manager and he said when it was made it probably shifted in the box. This isn't football. Handle my sandwich as if you were preparing for your self. They offered to make another sandwich but my 30 minutes for lunch has come and gone. You can go to any other fast food burger joint and you get a full slice of cheese on every sandwich.
