I wouldn't even give it one star but I had to in order to make a review. I ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit....One slimy piece of bacon? Are you serious? Definitely not ok. Maybe you should take a look at your employees. See ya!

When i ordered something from here I was missing straws, a burger, napkins, large fries, only had 9 chicken nuggets, and they gave me onions in 3 plain cheeseburgers when I specifically told them I'm allergic. This is the worst mcdonalds I ever went too.

My girlfriend and I went into this location at 4:45pm to place an order. Stood around for 5-10min then the guy there finally asks my gf "Do you have an order?" My girlfriend says no. He turns about face and proceeds to go about his business. The other woman also working never spoke to us and neither one looked to acknowledge us whatsoever. We stood there another 10 minutes never were engaged with to place our order and left frustrated. The employees currently working there have ZERO soft skills and made us feel that their only priority was orders via the app.

Probably one of the worst mcdonalds I've ever had the displeasure of eating at. I ordered a medium fry and they gave me a small with literally 6 fries in it. The burgers had these weird hard black bits in them and it was like eating rocks, the bread was stale, the ice machine was clogged and no one would fix it so our drinks were lukewarm, the place was dirty with trash and puddles on the floor, and the employees didn't know what they were doing and got my mothers order wrong twice. They weren't paying attention to the customers that were waiting at all. Seriously, Mcdonalds is usually a 3 or 4 star at best and I've eaten at ones across the country but this place? Don't even bother.

My boyfriend and I order breakfast at this location. They gave us a part of our order but did not give us the hot cakes I order and already paid for. My boyfriend went up to the cashier multiple times to tell her we were still waiting and even went to another employee and nothing was done. We had already waited 30 minutes and still no pancakes. Well turns out the pancakes were done but they were given to another customer and they had already stopped making breakfast. We left after that point because we didn’t want to wait any longer. This experience was really disappointing.
