McDonald's Menu Prices at 11130 Lem Turner Rd ★2.9 (2006)

If my order is ever correct, I will faint from shock. Today I ordered an egg McMuffin and got a sausage egg McMuffin. I can’t eat McDonald’s sausage. The flavors fond, but there are always hard bits of bone/gristle. Went inside to fix the problem only to be told they aren’t making egg McMuffins today. Then why not tell me that when I ordered instead of just substituting? I tried to eat it. Gristle on the first bite. Threw it out. No receipt, so I don’t have store number to file complaint. No one answers the phone. Fast food is getting expensive—treat people better.

Service was fine HOWEVER they are not cooking those arch burgers all the way. Got 2 combos the other night and neither one of the burgers was fully cooked. They both were pink on the inside.

Now they were a little busy. Will admit that. I placed an online order and I had waited over 20 minutes for it. The whole point of an online order is so you don’t have to wait. I asked for my drinks they give it to me half full. Asked to get one refilled, he walked away and then came back with the drink just the same. And even when he walked off, he slammed the cash drawer shut like I was doing too much. I shouldn’t have to wait for an ONLINE ORDER for 20 minutes

Check your food before you drive off. Low order accuracy. Yes open the boxes and check the sauces. Check everything. A free cup of water is out of the question, order that at the menu board or they'll refuse to give you water period. Specifically I ordered a cheese burger extra onion, it came with no onions, they remade it then it had missing pickles. Had to remake it 3x! Ordered nuggets with Honey mustard, it came with BBQ sauce instead. Every single time there's been something incorrect with my order. Staff is somewhat polite considering, and everything else seems ok, just very low order accuracy. Check everything before you drive off or walk away from the counter.

Everyone is young in there and very rude I asked for sauce you have to have exactly the correct change then takes my money never gives me my change or my sauce. I'm to old to be playing with these kids you're hiring with these funny looking wigs food cold as ice. I asked to speak to a manager and to be told you don't have a manager on dut. So I robbed by a bunch of teenagers wear purple blue and pink wigs.
