This place is terrible. We got there around 10:30, and the kiosk switched to lunch. We ordered lunch, but then a lady came out and told everyone in the lobby that we couldn't place orders because it was still breakfast. We told her we already ordered lunch, and she was rude and said she didn't know what she wanted us to do and that we'd have to wait 30 minutes for lunch. We then asked for a refund, and she again said we'd have to wait and then just ignored us. We then asked a second lady for a refund, and she got what I believe was the manager, who tried to tell us we just had to wait for our food and then ignored us until she realized we weren't leaving. Finally, they refunded us but didn't offer to take a breakfast order since we couldn't use the kiosk because it was showing lunch. The lady in the picture was the original lady who came out being rude over their kiosk messing up as if it's our fault. We weren't the only ones having issues, another customer stated she was waiting over 20 minutes for a breakfast order, and the girl pictured below couldn't give her an update about where her food was,all she was told was that they're not serving breakfast.

Asked for no let highly allergic to it manager was rude when asked for receipt was never given it also over charged me for another Big Mac this is why I asked for my receipt so now am out of 30.00 and can’t eat my food McDonalds yall need to do better and the manager at McDonalds shouldn’t be a manager being rude to someone because they need there receipts is not okay I would never come back to this place then I called corporate to let them know asked for a supervisor and the man would not put nobody on this is insane

sketchy situation at this location. Guy passed out in the corner. A worker was present and unphased by his presence. Drug straws, pill packets, and a can of beans on the Men's bathroom floor. Manager did respond to my observation but they didn't kick the guy out. My wife was scared to use the women's room.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat before hitting the road! They gave us cold fries. Why does some of these McDonald’s think its ok to pass off cold fries? We all at a young age use to work in the food industry. It’s not okay to do this! You can do better! Step up your game McDonald’s! We should’ve just asked for a refund as long as it took them to make fresh fries! Waited 10 minutes! That was after waiting in drive-through for 15 minutes. The Filet of fish was cold too! We know long it takes to cook fries! Doesnt take that long!

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. I was out there for almost 30 minutes. At the curbside, only to look at my phone and say that nobody checked in and that I had to come inside. So then I go inside and I was told that they were waiting on one of the hamburgers to get made 10 minutes later. Another worker came up and asked what I was waiting on and I said my name again. She went right back there. Got the bag and brought me my food. By the time that I got to eat the food, it was almost like it was in the refrigerator I couldn't even eat the fries because they were so hard. I would definitely stay away from this location When I asked to speak to a manager, a league came up and said that because of security reasons I couldn't speak to a manager.
