Went to a drive thru the other night. Got home and checked and I got 2 big mac with only 1 patty in both of my big mac. Had to drive all the way back and go inside. No apology from the employee. They need better training or at least have some type of management in each shift.

Everytime I go here whether it’s delivery or pickup the food is crusty old and reheated I have received a raw burger from this establishment on more than one occasion and it’s habitual of them to have a bad attitude and bad service. The manager on the other hand is typically pretty apologetic and tries get the order correct with the least amount of hassle possible although I haven’t seen him in a while I feel like this McDonald’s create an unwelcoming environment and unhealthy workspace

Please for all that is Holy, wear gloves when handling the food!!! At no point should bare hands handle my food!! And QA your employees. I understand this is fast food but it is not fast service if I have to wait to receive my order because someone lost their attention to detail to make sure my food was packaged correctly. Ty!!

The entire staff on shift ignored our order in the restaurant to focus on the drive through for a good 30-40 minutes. No one spoke to us. No one gave updates or explaining what’s going. The drive through line was constantly prioritized, I saw people line up in the drive through and get served multiple times and we still weren't served. It’s an absolute joke. Customer service none existent. Make this make sense.

The restaurant made us pull up to the second window to wait for our food. Once they handed us the bag they walked away and we were unable to tell them that they forgot our large French fries. We had to park and get out of our car to go inside and get the missing item. Once we got home we realized the double quarter pounder we ordered was just the regular single patty. I paid extra for a smaller sandwich. Very disappointed in how the drive thru was run and the accuracy of the order
