The men's bathroom 🪥 looks disgusting. The walls have nasty nut butter on groute and tile . The main faucet when you walk in does not operate. We must wait until the person using the stall finishes pooping to wash our hands . The Manager was really nice when I told her the bathrooms are super disgusting. I told her I met the elderly white lady of this location . She makes millions in in 3 Franchise. Thank you whole your at it clean and sanitize your air-conditioning ducts .

The workers here did a terrible job. Waited over half an hour through the drive through. Had to go inside to ask. They ignored both me and my husband and said they were too busy they didn't know where our food was. When I went in, the girl actually looked. It was sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged. My husband went back in to get our sauces and was ignored for 10 minutes. He said he heard one girl ask if someone else would go to the counter. Don't go here. It's awful service.

They had a great way of saying "Happy Birthday". My 80 year old mother goes here almost every morning and they treat her so well. It was her birthday yesterday. I live in NC and I was unable to be with her this year. I called the store and they were so gracious. I told them she was on the way up there for breakfast and if they could just tell her Happy Birthday, I knew she would enjoy it. They went above and beyond my expectations. They gave her balloons, sang to her, and gave her the breakfast! So grateful for their willingness to treat her so well and make her day special. Thank you to all of the morning employees there!

This is the worse McDonalds ever! If I could give zero stars I would. The people that works there are so rude, nasty attitude so unprofessional. The manager is so getto just like the rest of the staff. They will tell you to park on the side for 5 minutes, half an hour will go by and by the time they remember to bring you the food, your Ice coffee will be water down your food will be cold and nasty. The owners should really hire better people point blank! Don’t come here or you will be disappointed.

I always have issues with the staff’s nasty, unprovoked attitude, but I don’t say anything because I try not to upset people who touch my food. Today I ordered a daily double. I eat my fries on the drive home. I eat my nuggets in my driveway. I get all the way to my couch, open my burger and there is no meat… just cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sauce. I get back in my car to go all the way back to McDonalds.. I politely ask the cashier to remake it then open the burger to show him. We both kind of chuckle because is a little funny. He takes the burger to back and ask them to remake it because there is no meat. The crew starts laughing and blaming someone named Tyler. Tyler then yells that I took the meat off the burger repeatedly. I walk over to the counter where I can see back into the kitchen and yell back that I did not do that. I said there is no benefit to me doing that. I wasn’t asking for free food, I wasn’t rude to the crew. I just wanted the burger remade. Tyler looks at me and continues to say I took the meat off the burger. Any person with common sense knows that’s not true, wouldn’t the cheese be a little melted and there would be a little burger patty juice left on the burger!!!!
