McDonald's Menu Prices at 3299 N Nimitz Hwy ★3.7 (1827)

I was refused in making an order by employee at 12/25/2025 04:19 AM at Drive window, because I don’t have a vehicle. She said that I can make an order as walking customer only during dinning room hours 05:00 am - 11:00 PM. Is it really such rule?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service, friendly staff, spotless location, and an excellent overall experience. Highly recommended!

staying at the airport hotel for one night on vacation. It’s 2am and no food around besides the McDonald’s a block away from the hotel. Walk to it and the lobby is not open and i was refused service at the window. Most people are here on vacation and don’t have a car. Was told to Try the app or uber. I tried the McDonald’s app and could not order curbside pickup. Tried uber eats and they could not do pick up either. Finally decided just to order from uber eats for delivery back to the hotel. Waited an hour and a half just to be told no drivers could pick up any orders cause it’s closed…. It’s 24 hours open. My order and money was taken but no drivers could get the food. This is the worst service and experience trying to get food I have ever had on a vacation. There is nothing to eat anywhere and I have to go Hungry all night. Called to complain over the phone about my experience and the lady just said come back at 5 we open the lobby then. This McDonald’s is the worst I have experienced. And waisted my whole night expecting to eat. Now I’m hungry and can’t get anything or even order anything. Just get teased about it coming.

Plenty homeless walking around inside and outside. No refills for diners in customers. Half the kiosk work and the other half dont accept payment(8 machines total). Got my food and drink after 30 minutes, food was wrong and the drink was 3/4 filled(1 inch from the top of cup) with no ice. Went back and the solution for my problem was give them back the bag as proof and recieved bag back with wrong order and correct all in one bag. Mind you, they open the order up and threw the wrong order back in the bag all open/messed up. convenience is the only good thing that mcd has at this location, it's like Halloween town/homeless camp. Next time I think mcd, im just going to go gas station for food. Same same but atleast i can get gas to.

They need to change the lady at drive through. She seems like she can't understand English and even when I give clear and very loud instructions of what I want she still can't seem to understand. Get someone new on the drive through. Someone who is gonna understand what I say and won't make me repeat myself 3 times!!
