McDonald's Menu Prices at 4212 Wake Forest Road ★3.7 (1079)

One drive thru lane serves customers before 6:30. It doesn't move as swift as it should but the orders are correct. Be watchful of vehicles entering and exiting as well as customers walking between vehicles in parking area. It's dark this time of morning and McDonald's lights are not on.

Feb 12 2026 at 4:20 so management can figure who this was but the young Hispanic lady behind the counter ( a teenager) no name tag. Was extremely rude.. I'm a school teacher and I wanted to buy some Happy meal toys but I didn't want to buy duplicates of things that already had... So I wanted to know which ones they had available. She stood right there complaining to someone else right in front of me "she wants me to take over there to see which ones they've got"( pure lazy 😔 )and the guy said right in front of me ( I guess they didn't know I was listening)just tell her you have two of them ..they went busy and had no other customers in the whole place ...... That's just plain awful... And unprofessional and very lazy all she had to do is dig her hand in there a couple of times and pull out some to show me what she had! These kids these days have no customer service skills.

My husband made a purchase on February 26 at the Drive Thru of this location. At that time, the drive-thru area was empty, with no cars in line. After placing his initial order, when he arrived at the payment window, he asked to add an additional item that he had forgotten to include. The employee assisting him informed him that he would need to go back around and get in line again. However, there were no vehicles waiting, so the response felt unnecessary and inconsiderate. My husband asked to speak with a supervisor, and the employee responded in an unfriendly tone that she was the manager. This situation left us surprised, as this fast-food chain is known for its courteous and customer-friendly service. We believe the service received does not reflect the customer service standards typically associated with the company. We hope this matter can be reviewed and that appropriate customer service training is reinforced to prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your attention.

No effort put into food. This was my “strawberry” shake(that little pink dot at the bottom was all the strawberry in there) . I have also gotten the complete wrong order multiple times.

Worst McDonalds ever. Friday night 12/12 could not get food waited forever cars lined up and pulling away after giving up. Start over again on staffing. I wish I had known how bad this location is. Will never revisit and really hope you do yourself a favor and fire that manager. Embarrassing
