McDonald's Menu Prices at 7301 Six Forks Road ★3.2 (932)

$2.99 snack wrap, McChicken sandwich. Both were gross! Chicken was burnt in wrap and sandwich was nasty! Six Forks and Celebration location in Raleigh NC needs to do better! Found out it’s a Franchise location not a Corporate location. McDonald’s corporate needs to hold their franchise locations accountable…Stopped in for the wrap and it’s not what it used to be…AT ALL!

I usually start work early in the morning — today, I started at 5 AM. Around 7–8 AM on July 13, 2025, I left to pick up my mobile order from the McDonald’s at 7301 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615. The transaction was quick and smooth, which I appreciated. My only mistake was not checking the sandwich immediately — but realistically, most people don’t fully unwrap their food unless something looks off. I went straight back to work after picking it up and didn’t get a chance to eat until my lunch break at 12 PM. When I finally unwrapped the sandwich, the first thing I saw was mold on the cheese. At first, I thought it might’ve been part of the sandwich, but after a closer look, it was clearly mold. Breakfast ends at 10 AM, and by the time I discovered the issue, it was too late. I was extremely disappointed and honestly frustrated — especially being hungry after starting my day so early and expecting something as simple as a safe, fresh meal. This kind of oversight is unacceptable and really makes me question the food safety and quality control at this location. I’m attaching a photo so it speaks for itself.

People working are great here. One employee helped me carry my order to my car since I was handicapped. The process to order has become 100% profit driven for them. The kiosk they installed do not speed up anything at all but it does eliminate employees to pay. I am not an employee with McDs and should NEVER be required to act as such. If they wish to give me a 10% or 20% discount maybe because my labor and time to do the labor is not free regardless of what these companies think.

I stopped by McDonald’s today 9-03-2025 at around 8:35 AM and was blown away by the service I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with such friendliness, speed, and professionalism that it honestly surprised me. The young lady working the drive-thru greeted me with a polite and cheerful attitude, which immediately set the tone for a great visit. The cashier who rang up my order was just as impressive—efficient, kind, and attentive to making sure everything was correct. When I pulled forward to pick up my food, the team member at the window was just as friendly, handing me my order with a smile. What really stood out was not only the positive energy from every staff member but also how incredibly fast the whole process was. My order was taken, prepared, and handed to me in less than 30 seconds, without a single mistake. It’s rare to see that combination of speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality all at once, and this McDonald’s team pulled it off effortlessly. Experiences like this show how much of a difference great customer service can make. Fast food isn’t just about getting a meal quickly—it’s about how you’re treated, and today this team went above and beyond. Fantastic job to everyone working—I left impressed and truly grateful for the excellent service. Keep up the amazing work!

I don't dislike McDonald's. Do not go to this particular location. Go to the one on creedmore instead. I've never had a bad experience at that one. I work next door to the six forks location and almost every time I go something is wrong. They frequently take way too long at the drive through. The smash burger patties (not the quarter pounders) often have a weird, dry, papery texture. I recently went, they gave me the wrong order. In the past when they did that I ignored it because what I got was close enough. But I really don't like big macs so I went in to get it fixed. When I asked for them to fix it, they gave me another wrong order. While they were giving me the second wrong order of the day, someone else was holding up the bag that I handed back to them (and had already eaten fries out of) trying to figure out who it belongs to. It was, of course, a drive through order. I don't leave reviews like this when I have one or two issues once or twice. This is an ongoing problem with this location.
