Ordered through the app for curbside pick up. I was literally only picking up a Happy Meal for my daughter, that's it. Put my curbside number when I arrived and waited about 15 minutes and nobody brought my order out. Had to go in and waited another 5 minutes before I could even talk to an employee. They actively avoid eye contact with the 10 other people in the lobby also waiting for their orders. When I finally spoke with an employee she still had to get the happy meal ready for me. There is always problems at this location but it's the closest to home

We have come here several times and the drive through is slow every morning! I’ve been made late to work because I’ve waiting for almost twenty minutes when there is only one car ahead of me. Some of the employees are nice but there are several others who are mean, they get a quick attitude when you ask a question. Sometimes, but more often, the fries are cold and we don’t get our sauces sometimes too. Probably won’t be coming back to this one. 😬

Went in Wednesday Feb 11 at 4:30pm for a pick up order and i checked in as arrived. Waited in lobby for more than 15 minutes and order was not ready. Received a phone call and stepped out to answer. When i came back in and asked for my order i was harassed by the manager in front of all the customers waiting in lobby. She told me that i had checked in for the order 15 minutes ago and it has just been sitting there all this time which was not true i simoly stepped out for 5 minutes and returned. When i told her i dont understand what the problem is she said she has a problem with me checking in and not being present when they call my order, she then demanded that if i am to order from now on I need to be present in the lobby and wait for my order if not dont bother on ordering my food. I do not work for her she had no right to harass me in that manor in front of everyone like that really disappointed in how poor of a manager she is amd all her employees saw how she harassed me for failing to pick up on her terms. I am a customer not her employee to be demanding what needs to be done in order to get my food next time. Dont even bother going there worst McDonalds in El Paso. If the manager harasses you and treats you bad for n reason imagine how they will treat you if you have an issue with your order. Intimidating you and humiliating you in front of all the customers. Just horrible service.

absolutely horrible like always. i always try to give the benefit of the doubt but it is ever time i come here. went for my 1 hour lunch break and i know the drive through is usually pretty long so i ordered curbside. not a large order at all. parked, put the number in and a couple of minutes later said it was coming out. well 5 minutes went by, then 10, then all the other cars were getting theirs so at the 20 minute mark, i had enough and i went inside, didn’t get acknowledged at all. saw my order wasnt even put together and they just put the receipt to the side. all the associates were standing there talking and messing around. absolutely horrible mcdonalds. one hour lunch break turned into waiting here for almost 30 minutes for a sandwich. much rather go out of my way to the one on transmountain. they are always so much nicer and actually care. management here needs to be fired

I didn't know the pickles went outside the hamburger! Bad service! We went drive thru around 830 and 1st the forget our fries, 2nd they only gave me 1 fries when I ordered 2. Then they never have ice!!
