McDonald's Menu Prices at 4545 Woodrow Bean ★3.3 (2474)

For some reason it always takes forever to get our food, and we're sitting in the dining area. I once waited about 20 or so minutes for my grandson's happy meal to be brought to the table, so I went to the counter to ask for and update. As usual, all the crew members completely ignored me, just like today. They literally look at you and look away without asking if you need help. All of them. What is going on here?? By the time we got our food, it wasn't even the slightest bit warm. Again, same today. I saw the happy meal box just sitting there for around 5 minutes while I waited up front for anyone to ask if I need help-that was after waiting almost 10 minutes in the play area. I'm not saying act like you love your job more than anything, just pretend you like it and do it properly.

Is McD even fast food anymore? Takes 10-15 minutes to make it through the drive thru. On a Sunday with 4 cars. Customer service/atmosphere is horrible. No hello good morning/afternoon? Just straight up “what do you want?” Or “what can I get ya?” No “thanks, have a nice day” or anything. Guy at the window handed me my receipt and just stared at me. The But what should I expect? It’s a McDonalds. The chicken mcgriddle tasted stale, old and cold. The hash browns were nothing but pockets of grease. What’s going on??

This place is a disgrace (note the rhyme). Sure, the food is fine, but service and surroundings play a huge role in the experience as a whole (note the rhyme again). Ordering was okay, but it was afterwards that things started spiraling. My sister had to wait five minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge her and give her the sauce that should have come out with our order to begin with. And then a little bit later, as we’re all sitting down to eat, some bozo exits through the emergency exit, triggering the alarm. This would be totally understandable and forgivable of course, except it took about 10 minutes for someone to come out and turn the obnoxious sound off. Finally, as my siblings were finishing up I decided to buy myself an ice cream before we all headed out. I go up to the counter to just order there cuz I had cash and I wanted to ensure that I would be able to receive my order. And I wait. And wait. And wait. A line begins to form behind me, while the entire time employees are milling about in the back, glancing at the counter from time to time but not caring enough to come over and take a simple ice cream order… after about 10 minutes of being neglected I gave up and my family left. The food was okay overall, but if you want friendliness and good service, I would advise going elsewhere.

I stood at the front counter for 15 minutes without anyone actually acknowledging my existence. Every single employee on the clock looked at me at least twice, and 3 of them walked by me... Never said a word to me. Finally, I asked if anyone was working the front counter. The girl seemed annoyed with me, and took my order very rudely. I will NEVER come to this location again. EVER. Edit: I waited another 10 minutes just to get 2 large cups of sweet tea. Finally, Brian helped me. Got to the car, and took a drink to learn it was pure sugar. Took them back inside, to realize that the lobby fountain machine was only giving carbonated water, then Brian very nicely got me new drinks. He deserves a raise. Everyone else should be fired or take classes.

This store sucks!!!! I’ve ordered a couple times and every time has been bad service. The first time they told me to park for two mc chickens and when they came to the spot, the guy shoved his arm inside my car through the window🤦‍♀️ The second time I gave them another chance and ordered 2 mc chickens again and they gave me the messiest sandwich (singular) I’ve ever seen. The mayo was Litterally not even on the sandwich and all around the wrapper. Last time was today when I ordered online to give them 30 MINUTES to bag my breakfast order and when I went to go pick up (5 minutes after 10:35) they said my order was canceled. I understand that breakfast is done by that time I even worked at McDonald’s for a year and some change, however I know that the only thing they had to do was bag it…. It took 30 minutes for my order to be on the screen for them to bag. But instead they decided to not do it. I am usually not a Karen when it comes to ordering bc I fully understand how it is to work at fast food. However I know when crew members decide to be lazy…..
