McDonald's Menu Prices at 5440 Dyer St ★3.4 (2752)

Last night, I visited the McDonald's location on Dyer to place a dinner order for my family to go. I ordered a 20-piece chicken nuggets meal with sweet and sour sauce, four cheeseburgers, a large serving of fries, and a large Sprite. Although I typically verify my orders, I have found that certain establishments consistently prepare them accurately, which can lead to complacency. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that my order was incomplete, missing two cheeseburgers and the sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. Notably, I had initially ordered a large sweet tea, but it was removed from the order due to the restaurant being out of the necessary syrup. Consequently, I was required to return to McDonald's to collect the missing items, while the rest of my order remained at home, losing its temperature. It is essential for employees to thoroughly review each order to ensure its accuracy and completeness, as incomplete orders can result in customer dissatisfaction and additional inconvenience. If employees struggle with reading and executing orders, it raises concerns about their suitability for the role.

Food was bland, and not portioned correctly. Ordered Large drink/fries and received a small portion of fries in a large container.

Was going to be a wait in the drive thru they wanted me to park further up behind another car okay no problem will it be long they stated no fine so what’s the difference if I wait here then because food is not out okay if it’s going to be long can I just get a refund I’m really in a rush order was 16 and some change they gave me back $15 plus my change I had which was 3$ manager didn’t know what happened to my other money and refused to give it back till I provided a receipt does McDonalds just hire anyone now days that don’t know basic math? This isn’t the first time I had issues at this McDonalds

I placed a mobile order, and waited inside for 20+ minutes. My food was barely warmer than room temperature. I took a bite out of my mcchicken and even though I was pretty hungry, I threw the whole order away. I decided to head over to Wingstop instead. Mistake coming here.

I’ve been here multiple occasions however this is about the 5th time we come to this Mcdonald’s and they are all different times, different levels of busy and still I get terrible quality food. The flavor is fine, the staff is okay but I swear it’s like they throw the food into the wrapper and call it good. I keep coming back unfortunately because it’s the closest one to the house.
