Always the same bullshit, I get home and I’m missing my Mc chicken and small fries. Very disappointed and annoying that i get home and my order is missing. It’s always the same thing. Never could get my order right. Ridiculous.

Today I visited the McDonald’s located at Paisano and Alameda with my two children. While placing my order at the digital screen, a young blond man approached me asking for money, and I noticed he had a machete on his waist. I immediately informed the on-duty supervisor, who acted quickly by asking the individual to leave and calling the police. The young man realized that I was the one who reported him and began shouting, which made me very concerned for my safety and that of my children. Fortunately, the police arrived within a few minutes, and the situation was resolved. I appreciate the supervisor’s prompt response, but I believe it is important to strengthen attention and vigilance regarding who enters the restaurant, especially when families with children are present, to ensure a safe environment for all customers.

They didn't give me a burger from our family meal deal. When brought to their attention they refused to give it to us. Food was cold too.

Every time I put a mobile order, they always ask me to pull over and I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes and to top it off. They always mess up the orders.
