Ordered 4 Sandwich Egg,Sausage, Cheese combos, They forgot to put in the 4 hass browns 😐 was too far to return when I realized it I was not to happy ..The drive through lady was nice and friendly. Just a word of advice CHECK DOUBLE CHECK your order before leaving the parking lot 👍and the staff pay attention on the orders when they are being delivered to the customer .. UPDATE 1/13/2026 Thank You Brenda( Manager) for reaching out to me today ... Thank you for replacing the 4 combos

Ordered drive through for the luxury of being able to get fast food I ordered something simple #9 with no onions large and as I’m in the driveway getting my food out the burgers had onions so I go back and there so called manager gets me the meal again with the same onions and sauce which I didn’t ask for she laughs and says sorry and goes to get another set of burgers with onions again I asked for my money back instead they gave me some cheeseburgers they spit on with no refund I called the cooperate office in El Paso on wedgewood and they said they’d have a general manager call me I waited and nothing so not go to this location if they don’t like your appearance they will spit on your food do not recommend this place at all

Very disappointing service today (12/29/25). After ordering a Happy Meal and two combos, I was asked to pull forward to spot #2. I waited over 10 minutes watching other customers get served before me. Upon arriving home, I found they failed to pack the apple juice for the Happy Meal. The quality was also poor: the food was cold and the fries were completely tasteless without salt. For some reason this is the only McDonald's that consistently sends me to the parking spot to wait for simple combos, and it's not the first time. Needs management attention.

The staff and management here were so rude to me, my newborn baby and my mother-in-law. I am a new mother fresh out of the hospital just had a C-section and have a newborn baby. We decided to go through the drive-through and eat in the parking lot as I did not want to take down the Baby and risk him getting sick as well as I am not fully healed and did not want to strain my body within five minutes of being parked in the parking lot after we ordered food from your establishment, we had a lady come out and tell us we needed to leave, and we were not allowed to be parked in the parking lot never heard of this before we decided to hurry and eat and leave since obviously it was a problem not even two minutes later you guys sent out another young man telling us that we need to move and are not allowed to be parked in your parking lot while we ate. Never have I ever heard of something so ridiculous but it’s fine. Just gives me another reason not to eat your overpriced disgusting poisonous food.😁

I came here around 9:45 AM 11/14 and the man working the speaker WAS SO RUDE he tried to upcharge me when all I wanted was the sausage and egg sandwich with a juice simple order cause I can't eat a big breakfast cause i fill up fast. He tries to make me pay for the combo when I don't want it so I tell him, NO RESPONSE and assumes I'm a different person on drive. I drive forward and thankfully the woman at the first window is much more nicer and I tell her I don't want the combo just those two items and I get charged the right amount, I go to the second window and the same guy who took my order practically tosses me my breakfast and drink then slams the window. He needs to be held responsible cause if he can't handle asking a simple question or say "go ahead and pull forward" he shouldn't even work in any job with customer service.
