Wrong Order and Disappointing Experience Visited this McDonald’s on April 16th, 2025 around 9:55 AM and placed an order for a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel (Menu #8). Despite clearly requesting the correct item, I was given a Sausage Egg McMuffin instead (as shown in the photos). This was not just a small mix-up—this was completely the wrong item and not what I paid for. The sandwich I received was also messily prepared, with sauce spilling out and overall looking rushed and careless. When ordering from a well-known chain like McDonald’s, there’s a certain standard and expectation of accuracy, especially when ordering directly by the menu number. This experience left me disappointed, especially during a busy morning when I didn’t have time to go back and fix the issue. Please improve attention to detail at the counter and ensure staff confirm orders properly before handing them out. Customers deserve to receive what they actually ordered.

The staff is terrible, they take too long to help you, it takes too long to get your food, and its all dirty. Terrible mcdonalds.

This is disgusting, ordered from door dash and got these fries with looks like hair, lent and mold.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to in the whole country. Absolutely filthy. Trash cans overloaded. Kiosk inches away from the trash. Empty hand sanitizer. Filthy floors. Screen monitor with orders in progress doesn't work. Cluttered with walmart shopping carts. And it took them almost 20 minutes for a 6 pc mcnuggets and chocolate shake. Shake was dripping on the sides of the cup, and of course, no napkins were included with my order. And of course, no napkins available unless you ask for them. Never again. McDonald's should be so embarrassed by this location.

I went to the counter to order a item they told me to use the kiosk. There was no one actively working on making food and there was a person at the counter. I dont speak Spanish unfortunately the not a front desk worker only spoke Spanish. If the business is not serving people I would put up a sign.
