McDonald's Menu Prices at 8675 Alameda Avenue ★3.7 (1154)

12:41 on a Saturday with zero customers in store and 3 in the drive thru. After sitting in the drive thru I came in and waited some more. However, a lovely smile and service made it somewhat better when dealing with a person after the kiosk malfunctioned. All fast food has gone to hell!!

Foods pretty good but they take foreveeer on the food, even when i use the app 30 minutes ahead, I still wait, service is okay, they cover the fountain drinks until the high schoolers come, employee had a big smile on his face helping the students out until I came with my gf, he didnt give us a lid and straw with our drinks so we reached behind the counter for it

Order was placed in the drive-through . Missing egg on my sausage egg McMuffins, the sausage was super dry and over cooked. They would not let me pay with a $50 bill and then did not give me a receipt. When I tried to call them, nobody would answer! 🤬 The last time I had a similar experience. They forgot my apple pies. And.once again, no answer when I called!!!🤬🤬🤬 How hard is it to give me what I ordered?!

Went in the morning at 8:30ish. I understand you guys are in front of a highschool but it doesn't give you a right to treat people like trash with your dirty attitude. First of all they were being verbally loud with the highschoolers that barely arrived and were doing absolutely nothing, talking about "pay or get out" when they barely arrived, I have never seen that treatment at the Bel Air Yarborough one. Second, I ordered a coffee and it was all ready, but while 6 people were running like chickens in the back doing nothing, one of the employees was looking at the receipt of some girl forever and wouldn't get out of the way or move the coffees to the side, just creating a bigger line for no reason. THEN, while I was doing some homework the cleaning lady came around and started mopping around and under me which wasn't a problem. The problem was when I wanted to go to the restroom, and I tippy toed AROUND her mopping just for her to stare at me and say "you have to pay for something" WHAT!!!!!!! I literally walked out, you guys are so incompetent and old please get yourselves together that was so completely ridiculous.

Everytime I come to this McDonald’s location i always run into the security guard there, a rude obnoxious man who always finds a way ruin my experience. He trys to speak to me while im eating my food and i can’t fully enjoy my meal i payed for. This man has even clicked the screen i was ordering on as a joke but it just made me uncomfortable and anxious. Please see if anything can be done about this
