I have always had the same issue at this location. I have ordered online multiple times and when I pick up, they ask me to wait for my order. I don’t have an issue waiting. My issue is that I am always missing items. I have waited for them to come back to the window they made me wait at, but they never do. Today, I knocked on the window and waited 20mins and no one answered. I have children and it’s hard for mw the get them down just to get my order. That is the reason why I order online for pickup at the window. Today, I was in a rush and when I tried getting back in the drive-thru line, it was too long, so I had to struggle to get down with my kids. I addressed the issue with a shift leader but she completely dismissed me and interrupted asking “what are you missing?” I did ask for a manager but she said she was the manager. I didn’t get a name, but she was a slim lady of shorter stature with a tongue piercing. I intended to address my frustration in hopes of them creating a better system, but like I said, I was dismissed.

First of all, I went with my sister to order food for me and my nephew and my sister ordered a large Coke zero and I ordered the five dollar menu and we ordered a happy meal for my nephew and come to find out. They didn’t give me my drink at first and like I said wait up let me go get it so he got that afterwards. I forgot to look in the bag. I didn’t even get fries. I just got my spicy chicken sandwich and four chicken nuggets.

The past 4 times I have gone to this location my order has ALWAYS been wrong. I need to start checking before pulling away. This was the last straw, I never called and complained but today 6-30-25 I've had it. I clearly ordered the $5 meal with the dbl cheeseburger and honey mustard for the nuggets. I received the chicken sandwich which was burnt and hot mustard. I'm so over McDonald's

Ordered 2 happy meals both with 6 nugs and apple slices. Received 2 four piece happy meals, both no apple slices, and 1 meal had 3 fries the other had no fries. Every time I come here its always an issue with my order. The people are great and have great customer service, but I really wish these errors wouldn't occur so often.
