McDonald's Menu Prices at 2432 Princess Anne Rd ★3.5 (812)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stopped by around 8:45pm for ice cream, fully expecting the machine to be down as usual — but to our surprise, Ms. Jerri greeted us with a smile and said, “Honey, how many do ya want?” She was incredibly friendly, held a great conversation, and never once asked us to pull forward just to save her timer. This was genuinely the best McDonald’s visit I can remember and gave me hope that McDonald’s still has amazing people behind the counter. Huge shoutout to Ms. Jerri — thank you for being awesome!

This store has always been better in my opinion than all others in Customer Service and overall experience! This morning, Stephanie was so patient with me ordering my coffee because I had no idea what to get? I usually just drink iced coffee in the summer but today first snow of the year in Virginia Beach I wanted a hot coffee. Stephanie was very patiently and helped me out. Definitely above and beyond I think the cold weather affected my thought process lol!! just wanted to share what a pleasurable experience I had thank you Stephanie

Best for drive through meals or Door Dash. The lobby is extremely small, just two tables and a couple wall seats. Great atmosphere, personable and very delicious fresh hot menu items.

This is consistently the SLOWEST fast food I’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s so close to my house, and I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I just can’t anymore. I could make my own burger & fries in less time than getting a mobile pickup order through this restaurant. For context tonight: I placed an order at 5:02 (kids meal and one order of chicken strips). I arrive to the restaurant at 5:14 and mark so in the app. It was 5:32 and I had to leave and get my child and then come back because it was still not done. She did offer me an apple pie for the convenience, but I was so frustrated I declined. Then after all of it, my chicken strips are not cooked all the way. I had to throw them out. 😭 I give up on this location.

The food here is definitely better than most in our area hands down... however I must say since covid I have been left more than wanting in the customer service area of most fast food chains and this McDonalds sincerely has the best customer service in our area period! Staff is so pleasant and courteous with customers that I will drive way out of the way from now on to come to this location. Mrs Gayle was just super professional and NICE... its not a usual combo these days because professionalism now a days seem to have removed the nice factor from the equation. She greets everyone with a smile and cheerful heart no matter the disposition of the party being greeted. Tyler another manager there also has such a warm disposition even against the odds and does not act like the customer is only a dollar bill, makes you feel like a person too which I value tremendously! Minayah another manager that deserves recognition for her great work ethic and customer service skills! The staff from management to the window person all are just fantastic! Thank you for setting the bar and upholding the values of what customer service should be all about!
