McDonald's Menu Prices at 2037 Lynnhaven Pky ★3.4 (1880)

This is probably the premium McDonald's experience in all of HR. Was it perfect, no, but it was grand. The server, Dusk, was so kind and approachable whenever they delivered my tray and they food was about what I expected. It's never like it was in the 90s but with adjusted expectations it is pretty alright. My table and bench seat had some debris on it deom previous customers, but that didn't bother me. They have have touch screen games available which is the reason that we stayed over an hour. We were not told to leave and the atmosphere is pleasant! Busy but not frantic. I recommend this McDonald's.

They screwed up my order, again. They can never prepare the food quickly and have you wait in the parking lot waiting area. I've seen employees on their phones when the front seating area needs cleaning so I won't sit down to eat. I'm going to start driving a little further and avoid this McDonald's.

There is absolutely NO REASON I waited 25 minutes for a curbside order. AT A FAST FOOD PLACE. None. Then when my order does come, the food is cold, sauces are missing, icecream melting, ridiculous! There is absolutely no sense or urgency at this location. The staff just ignores the front desk as much as possible. What happened to even decent customer service. Do better.

Used mobile app for curbside pickup. Entered spot number and got error message to go to see cashier or drive through. Walk in and see that the front is unstaffed, there’s 10 people standing around, one of who has been standing for 30 minutes. Ended up leaving. One of the busiest McDonald’s I’ve seen

It appears that restaurant 20463 at 2037 Lynnhaven Parkway, Virginia, Beach, VA 23456, couldn’t care less about their customers and the product they sell to the public. I ordered a fish sandwich without cheese and received a sandwich floating in tartar sauce. This worker needs to be retrained. When a customer orders less on a sandwich, it doesn’t mean you should over compensate with more ingredients. I previously ordered the same sandwich from same store and received it with cheese on it. The worker took it back and scrapped the cheese off and gave it back to me. When I opened the box, remnants of cheese were on the sandwich. I asked the associate to tell the sandwich maker and the supervisor, but doubt that was done.
