McDonald's Menu Prices at 4696 Bonney Rd ★3.4 (2917)

What is going on here?! Literally 20 minute wait at a parking space AFTER a 20 minute wait IN DRIVE THRU. They finally brought our food out at 20 minute mark after payment. It was MISSING items. Ugh. Walked inside (healing from foot surgery after major break) to stand at registers for another 10 minutes before I yelled out to get someone's attention to let them know I needed help. The lady was very kind, I appreciate that. However I expressed my disappointment with the transaction bc now all my other food in car (that was only warm to begin with) is probably now cold. She circled my receipt with pencil and wrote free meal, for future. But, I ate cold food and fully paid for it THAT day, in parking spot #1 and decided, we will not be back for the free meal. Thank you but no thank you. I'll find a different location for when we want McDonald's. Not a free meal could make me wait again and then eat warmish/coolish/soggy food. I don't trust you. I was able to buy the prince fries as a side but they forgot the fries. That was the holdup. $3.89 for a packet of grinch salt. 🫣

I had an outstanding experience at McDonald’s - on Bonney Road location and I want to recognize Ciara and her entire team. From the moment I walked in, you could feel the pride and professionalism. The restaurant was clean, modern, and had a great vibe — the updates really show. My food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly right. That doesn’t happen by accident. That’s leadership. Ciara is clearly leading from the front. Even while recovering and moving around in a boot, she was still present, engaged, and setting the tone for her team. I joked that McDonald’s must issue management boots as part of the uniform now — because she didn’t miss a step! But in all seriousness, seeing a leader push through and still deliver excellence says a lot about her commitment and her standards. Great teams reflect great leadership — and this team is a direct reflection of Ciara. Thank you for the excellent service. I appreciate you all

The wait was terrible. I saw the employees playing around and joking while customers were frustrated because of the wait. The tables and floors were dirty. The older white employee was mopping the floor and ot had food all over it. He didn't bother to sweep up the food before he mopped. The black young lady at the counter kept running to the back laughing and joking with the cook. There was no accountability whatsoever. Management was nowhere to be found.

Went to the inside around 1030pm, went to the front counter and no one would take my order, Nick the "manager" was on his phone and ear piece in. Looked at me but turned around asking the other black guy there if he helped me. He said not.. The other black guy stared at me then went to the fry station and then stood at the window.. I was waiting to pay for over 10 mins with them just standing around. I then said can I pay with no one responding just standing around more. Finally someone came back from the bathroom just to ask if anyone has helped me or the other guy that just came in to pick up an order.. Do not go here after 6pm. They don't want have a good attitude and/or want your money! I did not get any food because I had to go back to work in that short time. This is crazy for a place that had no cars in drive thru and no guest in the inside. I'm surprised that no one was willing to help even after I placed my order kiosk so they didn't have to do anything extra. I just needed to simply pay and get my items.. Not that hard

It was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Granted, it’s McDonalds and the bar isn’t high to begin with. It was late, kids were hungry, we’re heading back to the hotel. I ordered my food via the app (3 plain cheeseburger Happy Meals, 2 Big Mac meals - one with no cheese, one cheeseburger with ketchup and lettuce). I go to pick up the food, it’s not ready yet. 10 mins go by, still nothing. One kid is tired so I take them back to the Westin (1 min drive) and drop them off and come back. Still no food. It took 30+ minutes to get my order! The order was still piecemealed together. Forgot the drinks, forgot a Happy Meal. Eventually we get everything and my son and I get it back to the hotel. Nothing was was warm. Everything was cold like it’d been sitting. Both Big Macs were plain-ish: no lettuce, no pickle, no sauce, a little bit of onion and one slice of cheese. The cheeseburgers with ketchup and lettuce (it’s extra) had no lettuce, but it had onions, mustard and pickles… I get it, it’s McDonalds but this is a new low. The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff was friendly but so slow.
