McDonald's Menu Prices at 10732 Research Blvd ★3.5 (2345)

I used the McDonald’s mobile app at this location to pick up a sausage biscuit and a large iced coffee. I regularly use the app at other locations and typically receive a black iced coffee when I don’t customize the order, which has never been an issue. At this location, I was given a large iced coffee with cream and sugar. I politely let the employee know that I had ordered a black iced coffee. Instead of helping or explaining, she responded rudely and insisted there were no notes on the order indicating it should be black. When I explained that I did not add cream or sugar, she became argumentative and aggressive, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Another employee later brought me the corrected coffee and was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. Afterward, I learned that the app does include cream and sugar by default unless it is removed during customization, so I understand the mistake. However, the issue was not the coffee—it was the interaction. The employee could have calmly explained how the app works instead of responding in an unfriendly and disrespectful manner. This experience left a very poor impression, and due to the unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning to this location.

The drive thru is two lanes. I was at the speaker in the inside lane for more than 10 minutes with no one taking my order. The outside lane continued to be serviced during this time, and 6 people who arrived after me got serviced while I was still waiting to talk to someone. I pulled up to the window to try and order there, but the lady working the first window wouldn't even open the window and just kept pointing the card reader even though I repeatedly said that wasn't my order. I ended not being able to place an order at all and just had to drive off. Terrible service at this location.

Came in This Morning to get breakfast paid for my order. Then got to the window , then refused to make it because they no longer serve breakfast , but I had already paid and they had refused to refund me my money. Asks for the manager, no one showed up the same lady came back and said, I'm sorry nothing was after asking for my money back , I left very unsatisfied. Bs establishmentThe staff don't care for nothing but a paycheck.Get rid of the big lady with the scarf

Steady stream of cars in the drive thru shows the restaurant must be doing something right. It had been a while since I had patronized this location, so I was pleased to see service has not gone down. Because of the long breakfast line, I tested their curbside service. I was pleased that my food arrived timely and my beverage was still the right temperature and my biscuit was still warm. Well done!

Preordered a large iced coffee. And was handed this drink. I asked the lady if this was a large and she said yes. I now have confirmation that it is a medium cup. And you can clearly see my order says Large. Once again disappointed with McDonald’s!
