McDonald's Menu Prices at 1655 S Redwood Rd ★3.2 (2559)

Do not waste your time with this McDonald’s location. Every time I come here they mess my order up. I come here during my 30 minute lunch break and do not have time to check my order and if it’s wrong have them fix it. Today I ordered a sausage McGriddle and added 2 pieces of bacon to it. They literally only gave me the bacon. Another time I ordered a double quarter pounder and added a patty to it and they didn’t give me the extra patty. Mind you I paid extra for these items and they never follow through with it. I will never go to this location again.

This mcdonalds is the worst. Whether you go through the drive thru and they mess up your oder. Or you order over the phone and choose to go inside and not the drive thru. Apparently if you have it ordered to go through the drive thru and decide to go inside because you know their drove thru is slow. Apparently you then have to wait because they have a system. Whats the system you ask? Apparently its a system that requires them to be unable to walk from the drive thru window to the counter which is roughly 3 steps. Great job mcdonalds you prove once again why well never come here again.

6:15 no kiosks ready for orders. Doors locked can’t even go in the drive thru with a bike without being ignored until a car arrives with immediate service. Simply change your dine in hours to 7AM if u don’t to serve customers early. People have schedules so why is your service a dice game? Gave this place so many chances with no change. Ridiculous, thrilled to move into another location with better service. At this point someone from corporate needs to step in for all these low reviews

I work right here at the Post Office on 2100 and Redwood Rd. and I wanted coffee. This is the second time I've ordered from this location with in the last week and it's awful! I got regular coffee the first time and it tasted burnt. This morning I thought I'd try a sugar free French vanilla latte. Ugh! I wished I'd just gone into Maverik. The service is slow. The drive thru employees you can't understand and now that I can get deals thru the app I always pre-order and it gives you a code. This girl this morning didn't ask me if I was using the app, and in fact she didn't even greet me. It was basically "whadda ya want" 😳 They need to dump the old coffee and clean their coffee maker and their pots with some vinegar and some soap, run some water thru is at least 3 times and then make the coffee. If Starbucks wasn't so far away I would have gone there.

Review for McDonald’s – 1655 Redwood Rd We just left this location, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Our total was $17.04, and we handed the cashier $50.10 so we could get an even dollar back. He returned the dime and told us we had “paid too much.” We explained why we gave the extra ten cents, but when he handed back the change, it was completely wrong. We waited about eight minutes, honked, and eventually had to Google the store number to get a manager to the window. After explaining the situation, she gave us more change also incorrect. We told her the amount we paid, and it became clear the cashier had entered the wrong amount into the register and didn’t know the value of a dime. Instead of checking the receipt or using it as a teaching moment, the manager simply said, “Just tell me what he owes you and I’ll give it to you.” That didn’t inspire much confidence. I even suggested she stay and help him since he was struggling with basic money amounts. Her response was that he’s “just a kid” and that I shouldn’t care whether he knows how to count money. But if someone is working a register, knowing coin values seems like the bare minimum and accuracy shouldn’t depend on the customer correcting the staff. We come to this McDonald’s three times a day for our work crews, and the rest of the staff has always been great. But if getting correct change makes us feel like the bad guys, we may need to start taking our business to other fast‑food spots in the area.
