McDonald's Menu Prices at 36 S STATE ST (City Creek Center) ★3.4 (628)

I was going to McDonalds in City Creek for the last 6 weeks because it was closest to my house. I ordered a large Americano every time. I started wondering why my espresso NEVER had the creama on top like all the other McDonald’s🤷‍♀️ I’m not sure if the machine they have does not work properly or is it because they don’t clean it every day like the other McDonald’s 🧐 Needless to say I won’t go to City Creek for my Americano anymore, so sad😢 I drive the 30 minute drive to Woods Cross McDonald’s to get a great cup of espresso every time(pictured on the right 😉) Guess which Americano is from City Creek McDonald’s 😏

This McDonald’s at City Creek is the kind of place where Big Macs and chaos collide under the romantic glow of Temple Square. I walked in feeling like a regular human and walked out with a McFlurry in one hand and my dignity in the trash next to the ketchup pumps. A flock of seagulls outside stared me down like I’d stolen their fries, because technically, I had. A man in a suit was eating a McDouble with the intensity of someone making a $10 billion merger. I dropped one fry and three people dove for it like it was the last golden ticket. Honestly, this isn’t just a McDonald’s—it’s an Olympic-level experience in fast-food survival. 🥇🍟

We are here about a week ago, my son went up to ask for water and he was told he can't just give him water he has to buy something. Since when do you have to pay for water? Or purchase something to get a water. We did buy food, we got 3 happy meals.

The manager at this location is very rude and has zero customer service skills. She took one look at me and thought because I had a backpack (to carry my laptop) with me and a blanket wrapped around me (because I get cold easy) that I am homeless and she said I had to leave right as I was ordering my food. Since I did buy something she said I could stay however she called the cops on me and had me trespassed from the property.

The quality of the food is good but when I asked for a drink refill on my diet coke I was told they don't do that. Shack shack, Chick-fil-A, and Popeyes all do drink refills right next to them. Isn't that a staple of fast food? I should say they were still very nice about it.
