McDonald's Menu Prices at 745 N Newtown Rd ★3.4 (2092)

Waited 10 mins to get to the window They parked the 2 cars in front of me then asked me to pull up and park also. This is a drive through. If I want to park I'll go to Applebee's and order a steak for the same price and get it in less time. When I told them I wouldn't pull up they said I couldn't have my food. One less person in this line from on. Never again.

Ordered food for drive thru pickup. Drive-thru not moving. Parked and walked in to pick up my food. Front counter being completely ignored. Three other people just standing there waiting for service. One gentleman said he'd he's been waiting there for 20 minutes and nobody had talked to him. I waited for 10 minutes and was ignored. 1 doordash order was brought to the front and left there. There was a female worker wearing a blue top and black pants who was obviously running the whole thing I made eye contact with her numerous times and she refused to come to the front counter and ask me if I needed anything. So I canceled my order and left extremely upset. In my entire life I've never had such crappy service at a McDonald's anywhere in the United States or overseas.

Ordered through Uber eats & my whole order was wrong!! Smh. Missing main items, no sauces, no straws, no napkins, cold fries/whole container put in bag upside down, and the sweet tea was definitely unsweetened tea. I usually like this McDonald’s but this just changed my whole mind about them. PLS SLOW DOWN AND CHECK RECIEPTS THOROUGHLY BEFORE THROWING FOOD OUT THE DOOR. Yall really just threw anything in the bag & said we’re done.

My first time in this location and I was impressed that it was nice and clean in there. Ordered my breakfast favorite Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles meal on the kiosk and my order was delivered at our table. I did not wait long for my meal. The clerk was nice although my orange juice wasn’t brought to me at the same time. When she went back inside their counter, she got busy filling other orders too and may have slipped her mind that I have not received my drink yet. There were quite a few pickup deliveries pouring in. I still got my orange juice and I was satisfied with my breakfast meal. I would not mind coming back to this location even if it is further away from my home.

Ordered online at 10pm. Paid for it online. Went to drive thru to pick it up. Arrived at drive thru at 10:07pm. Sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes. When I got to the speaker (at 10:17pm) I was was told they were closing at 10:30pm and refused to make my order. Took my money but would not make my food. I was told to cancel my order. VERY UNETHICAL. I will not be returning to this location And I will be posting my awful experience all over social media so everyone knows how awful and unethical this place is.
