McDonald's Menu Prices at 7116 Bonneval Rd ★3 (2257)

I was at the McDonald's on Emerson Street approximately 11:30 a.m. and I got the $6 value meal with a McDouble. The McDouble had mold on it. As you can see in the pictures. I returned the burger and they replaced the burger and the fries. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes to get my food the second time and I had to wait approximately 10 minutes the first time. I think common courtesy for a business would be to refund my money or offer me a free meal in the future which didn't happen. My time is money, I'm on my lunch and I lost time due to having to wait for my food at this location. I just think it was a poor management decision and the only way they're going to figure this out is to post this type of issue. I'm going to contact management and corporate to see that I get a free meal to make up for my time that I missed from work. Poor management decisions. Train your people.

Staff rude, unprofessional, no help whatsoever. Could care less about their customers. Hope no one comes to this location. We ordered food close to 1:30AM. We pull up to the drive thru speaker and no one is attending to us and to other people who came after us. We instead go to the window, where we state no one helped us and they just send us to the next window. The manager, at the next window then states that they needed the staff to put the order in because they done have it, then made us drive through again. At the same speaker we were just at 20 minutes ago, they say they don’t have our order. They canceled it on us. We then tried asking about reciprocation, but they did not help us and their tone and attitude is so backhanded. We asked for the manager and even they said they were new, so they did not know. All in all, thought other locations were bad, but this one was the worst.

The service is continuously declining. Twice, you have messed with my orders today. This morning the cook didn’t show up so I had to cancel an order. Per the person at the drive thru it had been TWO hours. The second time I asked if everything was in the bag, including a customer’s drink to which your worker told me it was. When I got the location of the customer, the drink WASNT with the order. Seriously, get it together. Every time I pull up to this McDonald’s there’s always an issue. Every time.

Recieved service July 5th, 2025. It was a terrible experience. The staff was very rude. They had my order wrong and this lady in the drive through window would cut me off and not let me talk when i questioned it. She blames her behavior on saying she was suppose to be off her shift as if that was spouse to explain her boorish demeaner. I had to go back in to speak with their manager Joshua and he took up for her negative attitude with the same excuse. Was honestly concerned they may have spit in our food because of how long it took and dismissive they were with our concerns about the order. Left a review on the qr code provide and got no reply back. Management clearly does not care. Do not come here of you don't want to be disrespected and recieve poor service.

There is this one lady that works there. She is the sweetest person that works there. Everyone else is extremely rude. And if They mess up your order they act like it's your fault even though the receipt says exactly what I said. Most of the time, the food is wrong.. Or just completely not at all what I ordered. I would go to another one but this McDonald's in particular is less than a minute away from my apartment.. i ordered 6 plain mcchickens, and they gave me 6 normal mcchickens. I told them that I wanted nothing on it. Just the chicken cause that's what plain means. And then they bring all the mcchickens, back with Mayonnaise on them, no lettuce, this time. They then took it back, and then when they brought it back.It was 4 plain Mcchickens. The other two were normal mcchickens. hate this place , would give it zero stars if i could. Sometimes it takes 20 plus minutes to get a drink and a large fry.
