McDonald's Menu Prices at 8590 Baymeadows Rd ★3 (2090)

Staff was nice and kind. Don't get the orange juice. They literally water it down. We asked and were told thats what management wants. McDonald's better fix this. Turning the owner in for this. You dont take away from the customer. No other one ive been to does this.

From the time I walked up and during my order I was met with a smile. Not everyone sees the bright-side of a situation, but as I was witness to what was a more than an acceptable offer to a customer for a misunderstanding I saw the bright-side and would have easily persuaded. The manager wasn't as "Publix " as I would have been but she was very nice. The other employees all show positive work ethic and those doing curbside seem to be very pleasant and expedient with orders. The restroom was very clean and the inside and outside store areas were also very clean. It was very cold inside though, colder than the very cold weather outside which is not conducive to eating joyfully. But from what Ive seen over the past few weeks they deserve the top score; 5 stars from me. Thank you for your smiles!

Great McDonald's for breakfast and maybe lunch but night/dinner crew sucks. They focus more on the drive thru then dinning in. Who ever is making/packing food doesn't care to read the orders and sends you out the door with the wrong order and missing food. Not sure who owns this franchise but you certainly need to retain them and teach them how to balance drive thru and take out.

Want to compliment the young man running DT this morning and the whole store all by himself. Even under such pressure he was kind and pleasant and well mannered towards me. Even though he was doing it all by himself the wait times were reasonable. This young man deserves praise, respect and recognition. He owned it, reminded me of myself at his age. He can get in high places with his attitude and fortitude. Keep it up young man and I’m sorry for not getting your name to address you properly.

The manager got belligerent when the cashier used two codes on my order using my points. And placed the blame on me. I asked him. Do I work here? He remained offensive. I told him where to put the happy meal and walked out. It takes one idiot. He earned that title. 300 plus every month to be treated with disrespect. NO MORE OF MY CASH.
